- All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via the payment methods provided.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Changes can only be made by contacting us directly within 1 hour of placing the order (subject to availability).
3. Delivery & Pickup
- Delivery timelines will be shared at the time of order placement. Delays caused by external factors (traffic, weather, etc.) are beyond our control.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact details.
4. Product Information
Images of cakes/sweets on the website are for illustration purposes. Actual products may slightly differ in color or design as all items are handcrafted.
5. Allergens & Ingredients
- Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens like nuts, dairy, gluten, or eggs. Customers with allergies are requested to check ingredients or inform us before placing an order.

- We are not liable for any damages or health issues caused by consumption of products if proper care and storage instructions are not followed after delivery.
